Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unused, unworn jewellery within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original box with tags intact and no visible signs of wear. Custom orders, pierced items (like nose pins), and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.
How to Return
Email care@vivahita.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we’ll send return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable). Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes our quality check.

If your product arrived damaged or if you'd like a different size (e.g., ring size), we offer one-time exchanges within 15 days. Exchange requests are subject to availability. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds (for eligible items) are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
